After-sale Service

Our service team contains 20 technicians for domestic clients and 5 technicians for abroad, All of the technicians specialize in electric appliance, hydraulic pressure, machinery and plastics processing. We have 12 service cars in the team in order to solve all the problems for our clients immediately. Also we established special phone line, particularly the VIP line can coordinate all the departments of the company to deal with the processing, purchasing of emergency accessories for the clients and service complaints. Then the service items list as below.

According to the contract stipulation to deliver, install and debug the machine in the clients’ factory and to direct the lifting and getting ready, To make the equipment performance in good condition and pass the acceptance test. Specially-assigned person to assist the unpacking inspection on the second day of the machine arrival.( Other negotiation if sales is located beyond China mainland.

It’s our responsibility if the accessories are missing, unusable or defected which result in delayed installation and debugging .We provide all the related operation instruction and technical data.

We undertake all the expenditure about Leshan’s employees accommodation, transportation and communication. (Other negotiation if sales is located beyond China mainland.)

Training the operators for the clients

1.training on worksite when installing and debugging the machine.
2.Not less than 8 hours of theoretical knowledge training after the machine was settled.
3.Not less than 3 days of practical operation training after the machine was accepted.
To check and evaluate the operator both of the theory and the practice after the training is fished.
The phone line is 24 hours service and there are special after-sales service personnel in each city for the operating machines.

We have settled up permanent representative service point in every city.

Leshan provide full technical support service of maintenance, and one year warranty for free of charge and maintenance to ensure the blow moulding machine is normal running.

In the warranty period, our company is responsibility for free maintenance for the hardware damage and breakdown if it was not caused by personal factor, natural disaster, force majeure.We can do remote maintenance if the programme of the blow moulding machine needs to be amendment or restored. The engineer will be sent out within 48 hours (exception if delay caused by force majeure)to make the equipment running again in good condition when the client call our service line to notice us that the equipment was out of order.
