55K+S2X1.2F 2L Extrusion Blow Molding Machine

Description

55K+S2X1.2F 2L toy/container blowing machine is with one to four cavities and two stations. For the machine with one cavity, the maximum mould volume of each cavity is 2 L, with two cavities is 1 L, and with four cavities is 500 ml. It can produce 1200 Christmas balls (100 ml and 9 g) per hour and 30000 per day.

Features

1. The screw diameter is 55 mm. Gross mould volume is 2 L no matter there is one, or two, or three, or four mould cavities. 55K+S2X1.2F 2L toy/container blowing machine is equipped with upon to six mould heads.
2. We adopt Siemens PLC system and human-machine interface.
3. In the hydraulic system, Yuken hydraulic valves and pumps are applied.
4. Its plasticizing system is of high efficiency and energy saving.
5. Invertor and harden surface gear box are adopted to serve for the extruding system.
6. 55K+S2X1.2F 2L toy/container blowing machine features convenient mold changing. The extruding cover can be adjusted up and down.
7. Parison injection is conducted with the adoption of single hydraulic cylinder. During this process, no synchronization generates.
8. Applying center locking clamping mechanism, the machine is of long-term clamping force.
