75K2X6.5D plastic extrusion blow moulding machine is applicable for production of plastic bottles whose maximum volume is 500 ml. Take milk bottle (330 ml, 20 g) for instance, this machine can produce 2800 bottles per hour, 67200 per day, and 23.5 million per year.
Features
1. The screw diameter is 7 5 mm.
2. In the electric system of this plastic extrusion blow moulding machine, Siemens PLC human-machine interface is adopted.
3. Yuken hydraulic valves and pumps are applied.
4. Plasticizing system is of high efficiency with lower energy consumption.
5. Invertor and harden surface gear box are employed in the extruding system.
6. Single hydraulic cylinder fulfills high synchronization during parison injecting.
7. Extruding cover can be adjusted up and down and mould head is hydraulically moved, which is convenient for changing moulds.
8. This plastic extrusion blow moulding machine adopts center locking clamping mechanism to ensure long-term clamping force.
