EPET06-6H Stretch Blow Molding Machine

1. EPET06-6H high speed stretching blowing machine adopts energy saving servo control that not only could accomplish high-speed mold open/close but also save 30% energy compare to the same kinds of machines made by other manufacturers.
2. The mold clamping employs three-plate self-locking during which the mold is fast clamped at first and then get slow with increasing clamping force.
3. Heating box structure is designed at 6 adjusted zone, fulfilling different heating requirements for different tube length.
4. This high speed stretching blowing machine is with stable pneumatic system, which makes the buffer device work smoothly without loud noise.
5. It is controlled by all electric servo motor, which can avoid the leakage of hydraulic oil and thus contamination of the product.
6. It is with 6 cavities and the maximum blow volume is 0.6 L.
7. These machines have a unique design according to the effect on the PET material. Multiple blowing steps reduce PET residual stress.
